In addition to holding insurance professional and legal qualifications, our directors have a wealth of experience having worked in leading insurance companies for more than 25 years as Heads of Claims Departments. Their insurance professional experience spans across senior management positions in leading companies in India and UAE, particularly with experience in UAE of over 16 years.

Mr. A. V. Krishna Murthy
Claims Director
Krishna possesses insurance qualifications of AIII and FIII. Before starting Prime Efficient, he had worked for Abu Dhabi National Insurance Co. (ADNIC) over 15 years during which period he had held senior positions in Claims and had dealt with huge and complex claims in ALL classes of insurance. His strength is claims management of property, construction, liability claims. ADNIC being one of the largest insurers in the region, the claims handled related to all major oil companies, construction and trading companies, large banking and financial institutions and many public and private sector organizations. He had also dealt with many large claims on the ADNOC and its group companies’ construction all risks policies under energy sector.
Earlier Krishna had worked with United India Insurance Company in India for 10 years and had held senior positions including as Divisional Manager handling claims as well as underwriting for ALL classes of insurance including marine and non-marine.
Mrs. B. B. Chaya Devi
Claims Director
Chaya possesses insurance qualifications of AIII and FIII. Prior to joining Prime Efficient as a Director, she had worked as Branch Manager of Pearl Insurance Brokers and as Manager of Engineering Insurance in ADNIC. She specializes in underwriting and claims management of property, casualty and construction classes of insurance.
Total insurance industry experience of Chaya is over 25 years having served United India Insurance Co. in India for 22 years in various senior positions including Senior Divisional Manager controlling 6 branch offices under a division and taking care of all areas including underwriting, claims and administration.
