• Identify contentious issues and areas in which there is a difference of opinion with Insurers and their appointed Loss Adjusters and seek mutual agreement.
• Ensure the Claimant is not disadvantaged.
• Obtain a fair settlement in terms of the insurance policy.
• Collect, preserve and record evidence in a manner admissible in any future judicial proceedings, should such proceedings become necessary to enforce the claims.

For large claims say exceeding AED 500,000 and up to any amount, be it 100m or 300m, our involvement commences right from occurrence of loss and we assist client in evidence gathering and preparing claim and supporting documents/ data as needed for submission to insurance company including business interruption portion. The involvement continues through to negotiations stage and finally till obtaining final settlement. We have thus assisted many clients to date to achieve improved settlements.

Claims Recovery

In this category, we take up any claim from 500k to any amount be it 100m or 300m. In this category our involvement may start when the client is facing an issue with insurance company either on 'quantum' or on 'liability'. We take up claims with ongoing tough issues or the ones already rejected. Once we are convinced that insurance company is taking an incorrect stand and taking advantage of some fine print, we obtain from client an appointment letter to deal with these matters and we start sitting with insurance company, their appointed loss adjusters or experts and or their reinsurers and with our strong insurance technical knowledge and skills of negotiations, achieve exceptional settlement. We have a till now got many repudiated claims paid by insurers.

If any client has already filed a case against insurance company for not settling claim, we with our insurance technicality and skill arrange out of court negotiated settlement which saves time and money for all parties. Also we assist in preparing technical arguments for court memos.
